Friday is the second full moon of this month! In honor of this special event, we will practice parts of chandra namasakar (moon salutation). This lunar practice is slower and more meditative. We will bring our awareness more towards the back of our body, the lunar side. Starting with slow flowing movements to open up the spine and finishing with more yin like poses to go towards a more meditative state.
