The back of the legs..

This Friday we’ll emphasize the muscles on the back of the legs, calves and hamstrings. These can be quite tight muscles (because of all the sitting we do) that sort of ‘get in the way’ when you are doing yoga. We’ll work on strenghening and lengthening/relaxing them helping your stability and mobility during movement. However do not expect too much, these muscles are a beautiful example of what you need when you would like to experience change within your body, like my teacher says; Practice and Patience.
